Detailed Description of Good and / or Services
Wall Space is a business in the garage organisation industry that sell slatwall and accessories for residential garages and retail stores. It also sells flooring for garages and other suitable applications.

Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 days and delivery confirmed by way of booking number.

Return and Refunds Policy
The provision of goods and services by Wall Space is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, Wall Space will refund the client in full within 30 days.  Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). All returns should however be in its original state and packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Customer Privacy Policy
Wall Space shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). Payment Options Accepted
Payment may be made via Visa, Master Card, Diners or American Express credit cards or by bank transfer into the Wall Space bank account, the details of which will be provided on request.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for Wall Space by Virtual Card Service (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for Standard Bank of South Africa. Bigcommerce uses SSL3 and credit card information is stored per Visa and Mastercard guidelines on the website. Users may go to www.bigcommerce.com to view their security certificate and security policy.  

Customer Details Separate from Card Details
Customer details will be stored by Wall Space separately from card details which are entered by the client on BigCommerces' secure site.  For more detail on BigCommerce refer to www.BigCommerce.com

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility
Wall Space takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods. In the event that pricing errors have occured on the website Wall Space reserves the right not to excecute such order and will refund the client interms of our refund policy.

Country of Domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Wall Space chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, PO Box 44857, Claremont, Cape Town, 7735

Variation
Wall Space may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
